Shipping Policy:
Is nationwide delivery possible?
- Yes, PUDO services on Bable deliver across the nation, locker to locker only.
Who will pay for the delivery?
- The delivery cost is paid extra at checkout by the Buyer.
How long does the delivery take?
a) Bable will send the item to the valid PUDO locker in 1 working day (Once dispatched you will receive confirmation via email / sms)
b) PUDO transit time between 1-4 working days
Altogether It’s usually not more than a week but you can always specify the expected delivery time by contacting Bable and we will let you know if its possible.
What happens if the Buyer does not collect at in time?
From the moment you receive the notification stating your package has arrived at one of the PUDO lockers, you will have 36 hours to pick up your package.
If you don’t pick up your package within the deadline, it will be sent to the closest PUDO Kiosk/Depot.
You can also ask to resend your package to a PUDO locker nearest to you or an alternative address at an additional cost.
