Return and Exchanges Policy
At Bable Preloved Clothing, we aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. To maintain the quality and sustainability of our preloved items, we have established the following policy for returns and exchanges:
Exchanges Only Policy
- Exchange Window: We offer exchanges for items within 10 working days from the date of purchase. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange.
- No Returns or Refunds: Please note that we do not accept returns or provide money back for any purchases. Our focus is on providing a sustainable shopping experience by promoting the reuse and recycling of clothing.
- Eligibility for Exchange: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and with all original tags and labels attached.

Process for Exchange:
- Contact Us: Email (info@bable.co.za) or Whatsapp (074 381 8148) us within 10 working days of your purchase, providing your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
- Approval: Once your exchange request is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
- Shipping: Return address will be provided once your exchange has been approved. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.
- Hygiene Items: Certain goods such as undergarments, swimwear, and earrings are non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@bable.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
